INSERT INVOICE

Deposit:

• 50% deposit (or first month of retainer) required before work begins

Final Payment:

• Remaining balance due upon completion of post-production and included revisions

Cancellation & Changes

• Clients may modify or cancel work at any time

• You are responsible for:

  • Completed work to date

  • Out-of-pocket expenses

  • Non-cancelable materials

Minimum billing for terminated projects: $100/hour, unless otherwise stated.

Late Payments:

• Invoices are due within 30 days

• Late payments incur 1% interest per month

• Menajerie Studio reserves the right to pause work until payment is received

• Intellectual property rights are not transferred until payment is made in full
